The Pilot and Feasibility Program will provide opportunities for investigators nationwide to conduct research projects within the Center, and to form new collaborations.

• Nonhuman primate models of cell transplant (e.g., fetus, infant, juvenile)

• Imaging: ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, optical imaging, microPET

• Laboratory: flow cytometry, immunoselection and cell sorting; cell-based assays; PCR-based assays, preparation of RNA and DNA; laser capture microdissection; immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization; microscopy, morphometry, and stereology
